At North Pole Veterinary Hospital, we offer general practice services Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm. We are pleased to also offer after-hour emergency care Monday, Tuesday and Thursday on 6pm – 12am and Saturdays 9am – 5pm. If you are having an emergency during daytime hours, please seek immediate care at your regular veterinary hospital.

Absolutely love North Pole Veterinary Hospital! Our senior citizen pound rescue gave us a scare this morning, we called in at 8am and were given a same day 930am appointment to have him seen. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative from the very start. We saw Doctor Brown and she was very informative and loving with everything about our Max. We left the facility feeling like family and will definitely be continuing treatment with Doctor Brown.

Hands down the best vets I have ever been to. The facility is fantastic, the staff are super friendly, the vets actually care about your pets. My dog is a little scared of new people and after telling the vets this, they worked with my dog to get him comfortable before administering shots. Love this place. I have been taking all my animals there since 1996. They are extremely professional and the staff is always so friendly. The office is very clean and seems to be well organized. The wait time is minimum and everything is on schedule. My last visit was to get my dog neutered and it went smoothly. I think I was more nervous than my dog. They followed up with a courtesy call and I was able to let them know he is healing up wonderfully. They did a fantastic job. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur babies.
